Terms & Conditions

Access:


Our performances take place in a variety of historic venues sometimes access can be tricky. Please use our Contact Page to find out details regarding accessibility at the venue you are interested in and we will try our best to help. If you do have any access requirements  please contact the venue and/or Box Office before your visit.

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of many of venues, latecomers will not be admitted. 

Weather:

If we didn't perform in bad weather then we wouldn't perform outdoors in the UK!
 

  • We won't stop or cancel a show due to weather unless absolutely necessary (i.e. conditions become unsafe for audience and company) so bring an umbrella, wrap up warmly and enjoy the show in spite of it! If the show goes ahead we won't refund tickets.

  • If a show needs to stop due to bad weather then Cue Marketing will only offer refunds if less than half of the production has been performed.

Toilets:
 

  • As we perform in a variety of locations, not all of our venues offer toilet facilities. Please check individual venue websites for details or contact the Venue and/or Box Office.


Dogs:
 

  • Please check individual venue websites for details or contact the Venue and/or Box Office.

  • Links for tickets are on our website under "Tickets" and the specific show title.

Booking/Transaction Fees:

​

 

  • A small booking & transaction fee will be applied to all ticket purchases. This covers card handling fees as well as website/admin costs.


Refunds/Cancellations:

​

  • Please note that, given the nature of the venues we visit and the charities we work with, tickets to this event are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend a performance we are happy for tickets to be placed under another name/given to another party.

Concessions:
The following are eligible where concession tickets are available to purchase at the discounted rate:

 

  • Over 65s

  • Under 16s

  • Students with an NUS card

  • People with a disability

​

People with a Disability requiring assistance may have 1 x free carer ticket for their registered carer. Please be aware that proof of eligibility may be required. 

 

Children under the age of 4 do not require a ticket.
